The Mesier Homestead’s original house was built in 1741 but had been enlarged and updated in 1790 and much of its Federal interior from that renovation remained intact. I executed repairs to the foundation and timber framing of the house and restored and repaired its exterior returning it to the closest approximation of how it would have appeared in the late 18th century. Work now continues on the interior of the home.
